Product / How It Works

Keep the accounting work connected.

Arcaiva helps your team keep the customer record, billing document, receivables view, and company connected as you work. Each step has a simple job.

Keep the work connected

  1. Customer context
  2. Invoice and PDF
  3. Receivables review

An overview of the working sequence, not an automatic processing guarantee.

1. Start with the customer

Start with the customer details, balances, related invoices, and recent activity. That gives your team the context it needs before creating a document or following up on an open amount.

2. Create the right billing document

Create an invoice when you need an invoice. Keep the signed adjustments that explain a change, then generate the invoice PDF from that work. Use a pro forma first when the work is not yet an invoice. An accepted pro forma can become one draft invoice, which still needs review. Until then, it is not an invoice or receivable.

3. Look at receivables in the right view

Receivables Flow shows billed, collected, and open amounts for invoices from the current month. Overdue Pressure shows all currently open receivables. Use the invoice register to look into a specific amount. These views help you review the work; they are not a cash forecast or a promise that money will be collected.

4. Keep the work with the right company

Arcaiva keeps the accounting workflow tied to the company it belongs to. That helps your team understand which company a record, document, or review question belongs to. It does not combine companies or create intercompany automation.

What Arcaiva does not handle today

Some needs sit outside the current product: a generally available third-party integration catalog, live Plaid bank connections, a completed QuickBooks migration, tax filing, payroll, consolidation, or ERP-level work. If one is essential, choose a product that documents it today or confirm it before moving ahead. Planned and limited-availability work is not available on day one.
